Database site for all university's libraries in Japan. You can request to get the loan of books at the main library of Saitama University.

Japan Society of Civil Engineers

Books and journals published from JSCE. For foreign students, it is better to ask Japanese friends for help, because this site is written in Japanese.

American Society of Civil Engineers CE database

The CEDB provides access to over 170,000 bibliographic records of all ASCE publications.

Science Direct

A electronic collection of science, technology and medicine full text and bibliographic information from Elsevier. Saitama University contracts with Elsevier, so you can download pdf files of papers.

Scirus

Scirus is a comprehensive science-specific research tool on the Internet. It allows you to search for not only journal content but also scientists' homepages, courseware, pre-print server material, patents and institutional repository and website information.
